MAKE RICH, TASTY, BETTER THAN STOREBOUGHT CHEESE WITH YOUR GOAT MILK

Learn step-by-step, at your own pace, with recipes & methods designed specifically for goat milk.

I THOUGHT I KNEW WHAT GOAT CHEESE WAS…

Just chèvre, right? That tangy, spreadable log of cheese you can find at the store.

The truth is, goat milk has SO much more to give—melty mozzarella, creamy gouda, crumbly cheddar, and the list goes on.

With the right methods and recipes, you can make any cheese you want with goat milk!

My Cheeses Were Turning Out Dry & Disappointing

When I first started making cheese, I quickly realized most recipes aren’t written with goat milk in mind.

My cheeses were dry and rubbery, my yields were low, and nothing made sense—until I learned more about what makes goat milk special, and how to work WITH it and not against it.

Through trial and error, I developed simple, reliable recipes that deliver creamy, high-yield cheeses without the goaty flavor—and that actually fit into my busy homestead mama life.

GOAT MILK IS UNIQUE, AND FOLLOWING RECIPES & METHODS MEANT FOR COW MILK CAN LEAD TO ALL KINDS OF FRUSTRATIONS

If you’ve ever tried following a traditional cheese recipe and used goat milk, you can probably relate –

If you’re struggling with bad cheese,

inconsistent results,

or just aren’t quite sure where to begin,

you’re not alone. And I can help!

PICTURE THIS INSTEAD:

So now let me ask – what would that kind of success be worth to you?

The ability to turn fresh milk into beautiful wheels of cheese—without the guesswork, failures, or overwhelm.
A way to skip the stress and start with confidence.
And the joy of nourishing your family with wholesome, homemade cheese from your own homestead.
To me, that’s priceless.

Meet the Instructor

Sarah Withers is a first generation milkmaid and flower farmer. She lives on a 2 acre homestead in the far west valley of Phoenix, Arizona with her husband Zack and their four children – Charlotte, Beatrice, Theodore, and William. Sarah first fell in love with dairying after purchasing a pair of Jersey cows and a sweet little goat seven years ago. These days the Withers’ dairy needs are provided for by an ever-growing herd of Mini Nubian goats. Sarah loves gardening and growing fruit trees, watching The Office on repeat, cooking and baking from scratch, and sewing. Most of all she really just loves being a mama. Getting to be home with her little ones and read books and work outside and learn together all day feels like her wildest dream come true. Making cheese is just the cherry on top.
